We use the traditional wood and bone charcoal method of color case hardening.  The process results in a marbleized coloring of the parts and provides a thin hardened layer of steel while preserving a softer steel core.

All parts are hand polished.  Deep pits and scratches will be removed if possible.  Hand polishing is $50.00 per hour and may vary due to condition of partsFinal cost may vary.

Prices listed DO NOT INCLUDE shipping and insurance.

There is a $75.00 minimum charge for CCH of small parts such as triggers, hammers or screws (price includes hand polishing & CCH.)

Small Rifle/Pistol: SAA, Ballards, 94 Winchester

Large Rifle: 86’ Winchester, 95 Marlin, Whitney Kennedy

Disassembly & Reassembly of your frame/receiver only: $100.00

Disassembly & Reassembly of the whole firearm is: $200.00
